Client:
A fresh company in a larger holding
That aims to broaden its product catalogue
Problem: Deliver a set of products from a napkin to a production level.
Delivery: Currently developing four new products for a partner. They have a backlog of 50 customers awaiting delivery—a high-stakes environment. Our work supports up to 400 million transactions daily for a cross-continent data transfer project and data- and money-sensitive architectures.
Key points:
- Building four products from a blank sheet
- Reorganised teams to match customers’ needs and brought them to speed and standard we expect from ourselves via agile methodology.
- Built MVPs and set them on tracks towards future
- First production deliveries after a bit more than a year of cooperation
Period: In the second year, it is still ongoing.
Resources: 30 FTEs. (1 FTE equals one full-time employee working 40 hours per week.)
