Delivery: Currently developing four new products for a partner. They have a backlog of 50 customers awaiting delivery—a high-stakes environment.

    • Building four products from a blank sheet
    • Reorganised teams to match customers’ needs and brought them up to the standard we expect from ourselves via agile methodology.
    • Built MVPs and set them on tracks towards the future 
    • First production deliveries after a bit more than a year of cooperation

Resources: 30+ FTEs. (1 FTE equals one full-time employee working 40 hours per week.)
