Client: One of the top 10 White-Label iGaming Platforms with multiple brands and >1B$ in GGR

Problem: Build or/and maintain three products from the client product catalogue with millions of users and hundreds of millions in revenue

Delivery: Our three teams in Slovenia built or maintained two products exclusively, built one from scratch (Betting Exchange) and contributed to a cumulative Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) of €1 billion across multiple product categories. We supported their growth from 1 million to 120 million transactions in a single product.

Key points: 

• • Started alone in 2017 – took over the project, 3rd month already deployment to production.
  • Built an entire team from scratch for three products.
  • Two teams were part of/or solo on a product that brought a billion-dollar revenue
  • 1st team of 6 FTEs built, maintained and supported a product that grew 120X over 5 years with 24/7 level support
