Problem: Transform hundreds of manual tests into automated ones with a maintainable outlook while the product is still developing.


Delivery: We implemented an Automated Quality Assurance testing solution that streamlined operations and enhanced efficiency through comprehensive end-to-end UI tests on the MS Dynamics 365 platform.


Key points: 

• It started with poorly and partially documented manual tests with happy flows only.
  
  
• Tackled the “big bang” product with a “bite-by-bite” mentality 
  
  
• Wrote more than 500 automated tests with extensive customisation options and video support for every test execution via our AQA platform
  
  
• Consistently advocating for automation outside tech and empowering internal users
  
  
• We use AI to sync between documentation and code (automated tests) – this way, documentation is always up-to-date
  
  
• Our BA resource is used on multiple sides of the customer’s project
  
  
• Reporting through our platform offers insights into the historical performance of the customer’s product and a detailed overview of the performance of automated testing.
