History – About Us
Origin Story
Andraž Škorič, CEO and founder of Paurus
The journey began with a vision sparked by my previous startup, Fieldoo.com. I leapt into entrepreneurship alone, motivated to create a knowledgeable and productive team in the tech landscape with an employee-friendly, performance-oriented internal company culture. The early days were all about build mode, but our commitment to delivering quality work led us to exceed initial expectations. This successful delivery built our reputation and resulted in an unexpected influx of projects from the same customer. Our growth trajectory has been steady and unwavering; we have never looked back.
Our Philosophy Around the Team
Paurus Culture
Our company ethos is built on respect for both employees and clients:
We prioritise relationships over monetary gain; without connection, there can be no partnership.
Regular deliverables are essential; we aim to deliver updates every two weeks.
Small teams enhance communication efficiency and accelerate project delivery.
We operate as a meetingless company, allowing our teams to focus on what truly matters—building exceptional products.
